August 26, 2024 – Seraphim, a global leader in solar module manufacturing, has entered into a significant distribution agreement with Vertys Energy Group, a major energy solutions distributor in Brazil and Latin America. Under this milestone partnership, Vertys Energy Group will import and distribute 300 megawatts (MW) of Seraphim’s high-efficiency TOPCon bifacial solar modules across Brazil, bolstering Seraphim’s footprint in one of the world’s fastest-growing solar markets.
The agreement focuses on Seraphim’s advanced 585W N-TOPCon bifacial modules and 610W rectangular-cell modules, designed for utility-scale and commercial and industrial (C&I) solar projects. These state-of-the-art modules feature innovative slim multi-busbar cell technology, achieving reduced power losses, up to 80%±5% bifaciality, and optimized container space utilization of 99%, significantly lowering logistics costs and enhancing project ROI.
