Jinko Solar Secures 17.5 MWp Solar Power Contract in Egypt

Jinko Solar has won a supply contract for a 17.5 MWp solar power plant project in Egypt, developed in collaboration with Misr Beni Suef Cement Co. and IRS Energy for Renewable Energy Solutions. This project aims to enhance sustainability in Egypt’s cement industry by integrating solar energy into industrial operations, reducing carbon emissions, and supporting the country’s clean energy goals.

The solar power plant will feature Jinko Solar’s advanced N-Type TopCon Tiger Neo modules, known for their high efficiency and reliability in demanding environments. These modules will play a crucial role in providing renewable energy to the cement plant, helping to power operations sustainably.
