Chinese manufacturer BYD has introduced Battery-Box HVE, its first integrated energy storage system for residential applications. The system is available with a single-phase hybrid inverter or three-phase inverter.
Battery-Box HVE comes in two different capacity options, 4.29 kWh and 6.45 kWh. The small model measures 345 mm x 660 mm x 140 mm and weighs 42.1 kg, while the large model measures 499 mm x 660 mm x 140 mm and weighs 61.1 kg.
With this new product, BYD aims to offer a more integrated and flexible system for home energy storage solutions.
